Affiliate Program Terms
Creator Partner Agreement
This agreement outlines the partnership between Saints Label and approved creators. Please read these terms carefully before applying to the Creator Program.
Saints Label
This Creator Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of signature below, between TYEcommerce LLC, doing business as Saints Label (“Saints Label,” “we,” or “us”), and the individual identified in the signature block below (the “Creator,” “you,” or “your”). The parties agree as follows.
1. The Partnership
To take part, you will receive a complimentary Bible Study Guide. In exchange, you agree to create and publish a few pieces of content featuring it, no fewer than three (3) pieces, on your own TikTok and/or Instagram account.
This is an open, ongoing partnership with no fixed commitment period, and either party may end it at any time as described in Section 7.
2. Your Obligations
- Produce short, genuine video content featuring the Saints Label Bible Study Guide.
- Publish content to your TikTok and/or Instagram account and keep it live for at least thirty (30) days.
- Clearly disclose paid partnerships in accordance with FTC guidelines (#ad or #sponsored).
- Include your assigned affiliate discount code or tracking link.
- Provide original video files to Saints Label for advertising purposes.
3. Compensation
Commission
Qualifying sales begin at 10% commission, increasing to 15% and then 20% based on performance and posting volume.
Long-Term Creator Opportunity
Saints Label may invite creators into an ongoing paid partnership with a monthly retainer beginning at $1,000/month for an agreed amount of content.
Complimentary Product
One (1) complimentary Bible Study Guide will be provided at no cost.
Commission and any retainer are paid monthly through Wise or our affiliate platform. Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes.
4. Content License
You retain ownership of your content while granting Saints Label a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt and display your content across advertising, social media, email, websites and other marketing channels.
This license continues for twelve (12) months after the partnership ends for any content already delivered.
5. Approval & Brand Standards
Submitted content is reviewed for quality and brand fit. Saints Label may request reasonable revisions before using content in advertising.
All content must remain truthful, respectful, lawful and may not make misleading claims about the Bible Study Guide.
6. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership or joint venture.
7. Ending the Partnership
Either party may end this partnership at any time with written notice. Earned commissions remain payable, and the content license survives for previously delivered content.
8. General
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between both parties, supersedes prior understandings, and is governed by the laws of the State of California.
